In short: this site has no accounts and stores nothing you type. We only receive what you choose to send us on WhatsApp or by email. We do not sell your data.
1. Who we are
This site is published by kawnium, a technology company that builds AI agents, automation and MCP connectors for real estate. kawnium is founded by Haytam and works between Morocco and Canada. For anything related to your data, write to kawniumaj@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +1 343 572 1981.
2. What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email (including through the pilot request form), we receive your message, your name if you give it, your phone number or email address, and the information about your agency that you include.
- The pilot request form. The form works only in your browser. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp or your email app. Nothing is sent to us, and nothing is stored by the site, until you press send in that app.
- Your language choice. Each language has its own address (for example /fr/ or /es/), so the main site does not need to store your choice. The Sahla Trip travel pages remember the language you pick in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to run the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser information.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to answer you, to prepare a demo or a pilot, to provide our services if you become a client, and to keep the site secure. Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU or the UK), we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before a contract, or on our legitimate interest in answering and protecting the site.
4. Cookies and advertising
Your choice. On your first visit, a banner asks you to Accept all or Reject non-essential. Until you choose, and if you reject, only essential storage is used and no advertising or measurement cookie is set. Your choice is saved for 12 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Cookies and storage we use
- kw_consent (essential, first-party, 12 months): remembers your cookie choice.
- kw-lang (essential, stored in your browser): remembers the language you picked.
- Meta Pixel (non-essential, only if you accept): on the home page and the Launch Studio page. Meta Platforms uses it to measure visits from Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads on Meta’s services. Meta may set cookies such as _fbp and receive your IP address, browser information and the page visited. You can also manage this in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Travelpayouts (non-essential, only if you accept): a script that turns links to travel brands (hotels, activities, flights) into affiliate links and counts the bookings they bring, so we can earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
- Stripe (when you buy a product): payments are made on Stripe’s secure page. We never see your card number; we receive your email and the order details to deliver your download.
- Google AdSense (non-essential, only if you accept): shows ads on the site, mainly on the blog. Its script loads only after you click Accept all.
