We write about AI, MCP, automation and real estate for agencies and buyers. Our rule is simple: if we cannot check it, we do not publish it.

Sources and dates

  • Every fact, number, price, law or piece of company news links to its source in a visible “Sources” line.
  • We prefer official sources: ministries, regulators, companies’ own pages and established media.
  • Prices, rules and offers are checked on the official page on the day of writing, and the date is shown.

What we never do

We never publish fake reviews, invented testimonials, invented clients, invented prices or invented numbers. kawnium has no clients yet; we talk about our pilot programme, not about customers we do not have.

Illustrations and photos

Product screens, chats and reports are illustrations with sample data and carry the label “Illustration · sample data”. Photos come from Unsplash and are illustrative: we do not present a generic photo as a specific place.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to help with research, drafting and translation into English, French, Arabic and Spanish. A person reviews every article and checks every source before it is published. Images created with AI are labelled.

Independence, advertising and affiliates

Advertisers and partners do not decide what we write. Ads are always marked “Advertisement” and kept apart from the text. Affiliate links are disclosed at the top of the article (see our affiliate disclosure). When we write about Quick Agent or another kawnium product, we say that it is ours.

Corrections and updates

If something is wrong or out of date, we correct it and show the date of the update. Important corrections are noted at the end of the article. To report an error, write to kawniumaj@gmail.com.

Four languages

We publish in English, French, Arabic and Spanish. Each version is adapted to be natural in its language, while keeping the same facts and sources.
