More visitors, more questions, more languages. Here is what the data says, and what it does not.
Active listings rose about 24% in a year in Casablanca and Agadir (AirDNA). Airbnb has applied VAT since 11 June 2026, and Casablanca and Rabat limit studios in several districts.
More than 1.5 million Moroccans living abroad had returned by 10 July 2025. For agencies, that means questions sent from abroad, in French, Arabic or Darija.
The state announces MAD 190 bn of infrastructure and 60,000 new hotel beds. A big event does not guarantee price rises: check local data before you buy.
Visitors will write from many countries, at every hour. Agencies that reply quickly, in the client’s language, will be easier to choose.

Morocco’s bid proposed six stadiums: Casablanca (Grand Stade Hassan II in Benslimane), Rabat, Tangier, Fès, Marrakech and Agadir. FIFA has not yet confirmed the final list of host cities.
FIFA has not announced the venue. The president of Morocco’s football federation said in September 2026 that Benslimane would host it; Spain also wants the final, and FIFA had called earlier reports of a promise “false and misleading”.
It is designed for 115,000 spectators. It was about 40% complete in June 2026, with delivery targeted for December 2027.
More visitors and more questions, in more languages and at all hours. Short-term rental listings are already growing in host cities. Agencies that answer quickly in the client’s language will be better prepared; Quick Agent by kawnium is built for that.
